Limitations

  • Password-protected PDFs aren’t supported.
  • Up to 50 MB per file (150 MB total when merging).
  • It edits the finished PDF, not the Word or design file it was made from.
  • Forms, annotations, or signatures may not carry over when pages are copied.
  • Signatures are images (e-signatures), not certificate-based digital signatures.
  • Typed text supports Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Bengali, Devanagari and Arabic.
  • Compression helps most with scanned or image-heavy PDFs.
  • OCR (beta) downloads a language model on first use; your pages stay on your device.

Reorder PDF pages

Drag pages into a new order

How it works

Put your pages in the right order. Drag the thumbnails into place — or use the move buttons if you prefer the keyboard — then download the rearranged PDF.

  1. Add one PDF file and wait for the page thumbnails to appear.
  2. Drag a page to its new position, or focus it and use “Move left” / “Move right”.
  3. Choose “Save reordered PDF”.
  4. Download the new file — the original is unchanged.

Questions

Does reordering modify page content?

No. The same pages are written into the new file in your chosen order; their contents are copied unchanged.

Can I reorder without a mouse?

Yes. Every thumbnail has Move left and Move right buttons that work with keyboard focus, and selection controls are fully labelled for assistive technology.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Every operation runs locally in your browser using JavaScript (pdf-lib, with page previews from PDF.js). Your documents are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and there are no accounts, watermarks, or file-retention tricks. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools still work.
